Checking HVAC Fans - Weekly FAMIS 39863
Closes FAMIS 39863. Last checked in alog 89728.
EY_FAN2_470_1 (green) and both EX fans are going through some quiet lapses that were only seen once in the last alog. Nothing is near the "noisy" threshold though.
