Sun X4270 racked up on DTS 
Ben rack mounted a X4270 unit immediately above the X2200 systems (nds, etc.)
This will become the test frame writer/QFS machine and will run sol10.

Ben also racked up two X4270 machines in the H2 DAQ rack in the MSR, following
Rolf's DAQ rack layout drawing.
