This morning we tried a power cycle of both the computer and the IO Chassis, with the chassis down for about 40 seconds. This did not bring the 3rd Adnaco BP back so we replaced it.

This afternoon we tried a 4 minute power down of the IO Chassis, and when the computer came up it saw all the cards. So perhaps the backplane removed from the IO Chassis this morning is good.
