Summary: Jeff and I need a solution for SPI installation in order to communicate offsite to team members about alignment. Erik and Tony found a solution using the Blueman application. Just now we have this working on 

1. Use the application called 'blueman' on linux (check blueman installed first). Tony is installing this via puppet so it should propagate to all workstations and laptops.
2. Once installed there should be a bluetooth icon in the taskbar on the top right.
3. Right click on this and click 'Turn Bluetooth On'.
4. Then click on 'Make Discoverable'.
5. Click on 'Set Up New Device' on the same menu.
6. In the Pop-up menu find your headphones in the drop-down menu and follow the steps to pair your device while pressing pair on headphones.
7. 'Make Discoverable' may timeout so you need to repeat from step 4.
8. At some point a pop will appear asking for authorisation for the new device, click 'Accept'.
