I moved the TMS alignment offsets -6urad in YAW to realign the beam on the refl PD. As you would expect, this is in the opposite direction from the shift when we turned the cleanroom on alog 9905

The attached trends show clearly the temperature drop at the time that the cleanrrom was turned off alog 9023, and although the alingment did drift at that time, the beam didn't really drfit off the diode until 10 hours later. 

The temperature shift does show up on the bosems, but doesn't agree with the shift needed to realing onto the diode.

current offsets are 13 PIT, -325 in YAW.
