Per WP13409, I've transitioned the LVEA to Operations Phase Laser SAFE according to M1100115, meaning all viewports, tables, and bellows have been checked that they're closed and beams are allowed back into the vacuum envelope. However, as the corner volume is pumping down and HAM1 is still at-air, I did not unlock/open light pipes or turn back on auxiliary lasers (CO2, HWS, etc.).
