PSL Remote PMC and RefCav Alignment Tweaks

I took advantage of this morning's earthquake to tweak beam alignment into both the PMC and RefCav, as well as tweaking the amplifier injection currents to attempt to improve both PMC Trans and Refl.

With the ISS OFF, I started with the PMC.  At the start PMC Trans was ~102.0 W while PMC Refl was ~29.5 W.  After the alignment tweak PMC Trans improved slightly to ~102.9 W while PMC Refl improved to 28.8 W.  I then tweaked the amplifier injection currents as shown below:

Old Injection Current (A) New Injection Current (A)
Amp 1 PS1 8.8 8.9
PS2 8.9 9.0
Amp 2 PS3 9.4 9.5
PS4 9.5 9.6

At the new injection currents PMC Trans is now ~105.0 W and PMC Refl is ~28.5 W.  At this point, to get better we will need a few days to redo mode matching into the PMC.

With the PMC done, I turned the ISS ON an adjusted the RefSignal until the diffracted power % was ~4.0%; this is a RefSignal of -1.97 V.  I then tweaked beam alignment into the FSS RefCav.  Starting TPD was 0.388 V and final TPD is 0.507 V.  To improve this further we will need to do an on-table alignment of the FSS beam in the PSL enclosure.
