• Temporarily Increased the IMC gain (undoing the change made in 92206), to see if this helps the IMC not loose lock when the boost engages
• Sheila debugged some logic that wasn’t correct in the SERVO_COMM_OFFSET state, the checking of if the servo converged wasn’t working correctly.  
• PRG after carm offset reduction (first time) is between 31 and 36
• Elenna has green references written down from engaging DHARD, PRG was at least 44, not SDFed because we think we can get to full ifo
• Manual stepping through CARM_OFFSET_REDUCTION and CARM_5PM, successfully let guardian go to resonance, got green references here.
• In check_AS_SHUTTERS edited the logic that checks if the MICH loop is on so it checks both the gain and the input switch now.  (this caused a lockloss because we switched it to input off).  
• We had several locklosses where we got close to resonance or were locked for a few minutes. 
• Once DHARD WFS were closed (TR_CARM offset -40), we spent some time carefully aligning the arms and following with PR2 and PRM.  We reset the green references here, screenshots attached (X arm, Y arm). 
• We slowly stepped to TR_CARM of -48, and again Elenna walked CHARD PR2 PRM, this lead to a drop in REFL power but an increase in PRG measured by LSC POP LF.  We again captured green references here: (Xarm, Yarm). 
• TJ and Oli started an initial alignment with these references, but an earthquake came through.
