SHIFT SUMMARY: 

Just lost lock from RESONANCE and went to DOWN. ALSY during initial alignment was a pain, but the rest of INITIAL_ALIGNMENT went quickly and relocking up to RESONANCE went quickly and smoothly.

Initial Alignment - ALSY once again struggling
ALSY was really struggling - I had to touch TMSY, ETMY, and ITMY and get flashes up to over 1.4 to even get it to lock. It then would unlock if I tried the normal INITIAL_ALIGNMENT WFS, so I had to engage ETM TMS WFS and then turn on the ITM WFS slowly. The WFS wouldn't converge, so after letting them try for 20 minutes, I spent the next 45 minutes manually adjusting the alignment sliders to try to get the WFS to converge. Progress was painfully slow and I'm not sure how useful it was. Eventually after not being able to imrove the ITM alignment I gave up, turned the WFS off for the ITM, and offloaded the ETM and TMS WFS.
