Arnaud reported PUM monitor readback channels not changing states. Looked at binary commands coming into chassis and could see inputs changing states. The relays could also be heard changing states. Outputs did not change. 
Had similiar issue at corner station https://alog.ligo-wa.caltech.edu/aLOG/index.php?callRep=3153 

Replaced R111 from 10K to 100K on all channels. All monitors are responding as expected.
