Yesterday during Niko's shift the squeezer caused some range drops: 54855
The attached trends suggest that there could be a problem with the green intensity stabilization. The SHG power and PZT drive signals (middle row in the attachment) do not seem to have any behavoir changes associated with the range drops. The green ISS attempts to keeo the OPO_TRANS channel stablized, you can see that this is oscillating at the times of the range drops, and that the power launched into the green fiber is increased. (SHG-LAUNCH_DC).
One explanation for this new behavoir could be that I increased the power to the squeezer on Thursday, 54822. This was done using the picomotor, so that the ISS control signal isn't any closer to saturation than it was before the change. I can go to the floor to measure the OLG of this loop in the maintence window tomorow, or earlier if we have an oppurtunity or if the behavoir gets worse.
Ops Shift Transition: 02/03/2020, Day Shift 16:00–00:00 (08:00-16:00) - UTC (PT)
State of H1: Locked
Intent Bit: Observing
Weather: 0-10 mph wind
Primary 0.03 – 0.1Hz: 0.01 um/s
Secondary 0.1 – 0.3Hz: 0.3 um/s
Outgoing Operator: Jeff
Quick Summary: Locked for 51 hours, steady wind and microseism. X arm in the process of being cleared.
Posted below are the 7 day OpLev trends. Pitch - ETMY is right on the 10urad line. ITMX is right on the -10urad line, approaching from below. The rest of the pitch plots look OK. Yaw - ITMX has been dropping for the past 2 days and is approaching the -10urad line. The remaining yaw plots look OK. Sum - The BS is showing a two day drop of almost 1200 counts. There has been some movement in the ITMX and PR3 OpLev Sum plots, but nothing too radical. Closing FAMIS #11255
All's well for the first half of the shift. Environmental conditions remain good. No problems to report.
