06:07 H1 back to Observing
The talk in the EM channel about the Superevent is over and an incoming EQ alert from Puerto Rico came after BLRMS started to rise sharply. H1 is now in EQ mode for the time being.
3:51UTC I guess it was too much.
FAMIS 11510 I couldn't get the pump on top of the water bottle to work. At first I thought it was because the hose was not reaching the low level of water in the bottle, so I removed the cap from a new bottle that was sitting nearby and attempted without success to use the pump in that bottle. The chillers didn't appear to need much water anyway, so I am leaving it for now. I emptied the remainder of the water that was in the first bottle into the sink in the OSB receiving area and set the bottle next to it.

Betsy, Jenne, Patrick Attempting to look for egregious drift after lock losses. None found. Jenne reminds us that steps in PR2 and SR2 are expected due to re-pointing around the point absorber on the way to nominal low noise. Negligible drift seen in PR3 and SR3.
Have remained locked. One hour of PEM commissioning has started.

CURRENT ENVIRONMENT:
SEI_CONF state: WINDY
Wind: 27mph Gusts, 15mph 5min avg
Primary useism: 0.05 μm/s
Secondary useism: 0.14 μm/s
Winds have started picking up a little over the last 2hrs. Other than that, microseism continues its downward trend to quiet levels.
QUICK SUMMARY:
H1 locked/observing for almost 10hrs. All looking nice.
As I brought up SEI_CONF & SEISMON windows, I did notice that the SEI_CONF node ALL window has a non-True NOMINAL state (it's outer box for WINDY is orange, not the usual green). Having trouble tracking down how long it's been "orange".
Patrick noted that on the ISI_CONF medm, the BRSY has a status of a yellow "DAMPING" (vs a green "READY").
~0:16 Looks like SEI_CONF is good (& green).
It stopped DAMPING and returned to the normal READY state.
So BRSy was damping from 22:30 - 0:16.
Holding H1 in DOWN until the shaking stops. I will then do Initial alignment as H1 has been locked for 18+hours. This was posted late
