Looking at Niko's earlier lockloss from increase power, ( 1251472952 )and the most recent (sucsesful) power increase, it looks like in both cases the SRC1+SRC2 ASC loops aren't really keeping their error signals zero'd. It also seems as though we might need to speed up the top mass offloading for SRM and SR2 (see attachment).
I looked at increasing the offloading for this most recent lock, but the integrators are in the first filer module for SRM, I copied the top mass integrators for both SR2 + SRM to FM5. I made the changes to use these later filters in the ALIGN_IFO guardian and laoded these changes. I haven't finished by also changing ISC_LOCK because Niko made it to low noise and we are now observing. I've made but not loaded the changes in ISC_DRMI, and it looks like there are no changes needed in ISC_LOCK to move these filters (it just uses the settings set in ISC_DRMI). The next time we are relocking we can load ISC_DRMI to move the integrators, so that we can try increasing the offloading gain.

No obvious casue. Have been getting either EX or DCPD saturation alarms every hour or so, but not coincident with this lockloss.
While watching H1 relock I can see IM4 alignment chaging by around 60urad, so I searched O3, and see that in April the dirrefence was around 15urad, then in early May that drops to 5-6urad, then it's about 10urad, and by May 9th it's about 40urad. It continues to change periodically, though remains at 40+urad, and currently the change is 60urad. What's interesting is that the big change does not cooincide with the increase in power to 37W. The good news is that the PSL temperature is coming down.
Hugh and JeffB's alog that suggests a connection between PSL temperature and Tidal extremes, alog 51648, third plot.
The first plot shows that the Table North is sitll about 0.5F above the temperature before Thursday's work.
The second plot is from May, where the PSL AC was strategiacally turned off to put the temperature back as close as possible to the temperature before entreing into the enclosure, which was successful.

TIDAL UPDATE: plot attached is of 3 days, and there's a hint that tidal is climbing again, though the climb has a hint of being at a slower rate than the previous lock.
Tidal effects might be accentuated by the supermoon that peaked yesterday. One would expect this behaviour to dissappear over the next day or so.
