SEISMON Connection errors and broken EQ Response button

Earlier tonight we got verbal alarms and DIAG_MAIN messages about SEISMON connection errors.  These errors cleared themselves after a while.  However, when I attempted to use the EQ Response button for what I thought was an incoming EQ, it did not produce a plot.  See attached screenshot of error message.

The errors were probably from me attempting to restart seismon remotely. I didn't think I was successful, but it seems I was, maybe it just took a little bit to recover? If the all of the epics variables were still wiped when Travis tried to run the eq response script, I'm not suprised it failed. But, it seems to be working again, now.

Really late alog - ETM16 weight

While mining for info, and posting here for recording, I stumbled on a note confirming that the ETM16 (the O3 ETMY optic) weighed in at 39,580g (with ears) during install into the suspension, which is consistent with what we measured in the lab prior to ear binding of 39,538g (add 22g per ear, 2 ears and you get 39,582g).

There is also a DIAG_MAIN message reporting: "SEISMON_EQ: Seismon system not updating"
jim.warner@LIGO.ORG - 19:24, Monday 20 May 2019 (49368)

There are instructions for restarting the seismon code on the wiki:

https://cdswiki.ligo-wa.caltech.edu/wiki/seismon

However, I tried restarting everything on both the seismon vm and h1fescript0 (only the epics ioc on screen 1690, checking that I didn't touch anything else, I hope) and the seismon screen is now blank, so I'm not sure what's up. Can't do much more remotely, but I think probably need to completely restart. Good thing tomorrow is maintenance.

Morning meeting notes
No SUS charge sign flip this week

Will remain in laser hazard to allow troubleshooting of the GigE cameras, then transition to laser safe for vacuum team to take roamer arm measurements of H2 HAM chambers.

SUS charge measurements, IM transfer functions, balun work and possibly Beckhoff troubleshooting will be deferred unless the IFO loses lock.
