DRMI has locked, but despite requests for further states, it is not moving on. I do not see any messages in the log or otherwise that seem to indicate why.
I was able to do an initial alignment, but I had to skip Align Input Laser Pointing To Xarm because I could not get to ACQUIRE_XARM_IR. I was then able to get to PRMI_LOCKED where I adjusted the BS and PRMI. When I tried to lock DRMI it kept briefly locking with signals nearly identical to those I got from adjusting the BS and PRM in PRMI_LOCKED. Georgia suggested the SRM may be badly misaligned. I have gone back to trying to lock the X arm on IR in initial alignment, but still haven't had any luck. I will try to relock the SRC now. If anyone has any idea about acquiring the X arm IR... The winds have subsided and the ISI config is back to windy. The BRS has stopped damping.

CURRENT ENVIRONMENT:
Wind: 39mph Gusts, 33mph 5min avg
Primary useism: 0.25 μm/s

QUICK SUMMARY:
Wind appears to be making locking difficult. The end Y BRS has been damping for a few hours. Trying state WINDY_NO_BRSY.
TITLE: 04/27 Day Shift 15:00 – 23:00 (08:00 -16:00), all times posted in UTC
STATE of H1: Locking
INCOMING OPERATOR: Patrick
SHIFT SUMMARY: Unable to lock or perform initial alignment with high winds after 11:40 lockloss, spent the rest of the time trying to lock in different seismic configurations.
LOG:
15:00 (08:00) Start of shift
18:40 (11:40) Lockloss, probably from increasing winds
19:22 (12:22) Can’t lock DRMI, going into Initial Alignment
21:49 (14:49) Can’t get past ACQUIRE_XARM_IR, going back to locking
23:00 (16:00) End of shift
While trying to reach GREEN_WFS_OFFLOADED during initial alignment, I got a coding error in both ALS_XARM and ALS_YARM (see attachment). With Georgia's help I traced it to ISC_GEN_STATES.py, where a list was being passed as a parameter when it should have been an index of that list. I added the index, saved the changes, and reloaded the ALS_XARM and ALS_YARM nodes. The errors are gone, I haven't seen if it affects anything else yet, as we can't get Y-arm to GREEN_WFS_OFFLOADED anymore due to ~60 mph wind.
On line 161 in ISC_GEN_STATES, I changed:
lock_fm[index].ramp_gain(lock_gain[index], ramp_time=lock_tramp, wait=False)
to:
lock_fm[index].ramp_gain(lock_gain[index], ramp_time=lock_tramp[index], wait=False)
Lost lock at 11:40 due to high winds. Working on relocking, may start an initial alignment soon.
Ops Shift Transition: 04/27/2019, Day Shift 15:00 – 23:00 (08:00 -16:00) - UTC (PT)
State of H1: NLN
Intent Bit: Observing
Weather: Low wind, expected to increase throughout the day
Primary 0.03 – 0.1Hz: 0.01 um/s
Secondary 0.1 – 0.3Hz: 0.08 um/s
Outgoing Operator: Jeff
Quick Summary: Been locked for 14.5 hours, triple coincidence with VIRGO and LLO the entire time
Good Observing shift so far. The IFO has been locked for the past 10.5 hours. Range is around 112.5Mpc. The wind is no more than a Gentle Breeze, and the microcosm is correspondingly low. All appears to be normal at this time.
Added 100ml water to Crystal Chiller. Filter is somewhat yellowed. I checked the filter inside the enclosure (last week when repairing water leak), and it is does not show the same yellowing. The Crystal Chiller filter in the Chiller room is a different brand from the other filters. This yellowing may be filter brand specific. No debris noted in the filter pleats or in bottom of the canister. I did not add any water to the Diode Chiller. The Diode Chiller filter is clean and clear. Closing FAMIS #10506
