LOG:
23:30 Apollo on site to work on MSR cooling, I never saw when he left
23:30 Lockloss and MikeL in CR with a tour
6:50 ITMY TCS guardian takes us out of OBSERVE for 20minutes, no other obvious effect on the IFO
A TCS guardian just knocked us out of observe again. It has knocked us out of OBSERVE for about ten minutes, while it fiddles with some PZT offsets. I also couldn't find the link to the SDF screen for the ITMY guardian to see what the differences are. It looks like the guardian is having a hard time staying locked.

Maintenance day. Reboot of h1dc0 for day208bug, added fire pump chans to DAQ. Required several restarts (duplicate fmcs chans).

INCOMING OPERATOR: Jim
SHIFT SUMMARY: Locked for the entire shift and for ~13 hours total so far. No issues to report.
LOG:
Hugh requests that the HAM2 and 3 GS13 gains be set to correct values at the next Out of Observe opportunity. Contact Hugh for more info.
Jason requests that the ISS diffracted power be lowered to ~3% at the next Out of Observe opportunity.
Both of these items are on the Operator white board.
We had a mystery lockloss just as LLO came back up, so I took the opportunity to address both the ISS diffracted power and the HAM2&3 gains (again). This time, to fix the gains, Dave reminded me the h1fescript0 is still running ubuntu, so I ssh'ed onto that machine and went to userapps/isi/common/scripts and did a ./sensor_hilo HAM2 GS13 hi and a ./sensor_hilo HAM3 GS13 hi. Much easier than last time. The ISS adjustment was straightforward, but we were already at 4%, before I tweaked the voltage down.
Locked for 9.5 hours. LLO is still down due to weather which seems to be both site's biggest issue lately.
Starting CP3 fill. LLCV enabled. LLCV set to manual control. LLCV set to 50% open. Fill completed in 2896 seconds. TC B did not register fill. LLCV set back to 18.0% open. Starting CP4 fill. LLCV enabled. LLCV set to manual control. LLCV set to 70% open. Fill not completed after 3600 seconds. LLCV set back to 42.0% open.
20:52 UTC
Raised CP3 to 20% open.
Manually filled CP4 - took 13 min. to overfill (set to 70% for 11 min. and then to 100% for 2 min). Left at 44% open.
MSR UPS reports going onto battery power three times during the storm:

Both BRS machines at the end stations did not reboot or require code restarts.
The corner station Beckhoff computer (h1ecatc1) did not reboot (on ups power), the units at the end stations did reboot around 20:48. h1ecatx1 required a manual reboot at 22:25 to complete its code startup.
None of the three HEPI pump controller computers rebooted or needed code restarts.
MY weather station stopped operating 21:34 PDT, was restarted this morning.
All Front End Computers rebooted around 20:46, some multiple times. Report generated from h1fs0's NFS mount requests for /opt/rtcds:

Because h1psl0 and h1oaf0 were rebooted last night, we don't need to reboot these next week during the vent to clear their '208 days running' issue.
No systems on UPS power saw any issues last night, this includes NFS file servers, networking, DAQ, GDS.
from cdsfs0's NFS mount request logs, the following computers rebooted:
20:46:58 h1digivideo2.cds.ligo-wa.caltech.edu.
20:47:02 h1auxscript0.cds.ligo-wa.caltech.edu.
20:47:13 h1digivideo0.cds.ligo-wa.caltech.edu.

21:51:05 h1digivideo2.cds.ligo-wa.caltech.edu.
21:51:19 h1digivideo0.cds.ligo-wa.caltech.edu.
21:51:23 h1digivideo1.cds.ligo-wa.caltech.edu.
This agrees with these machines not on ups power. Looks like no control room workstations/FOM machines rebooted.
18:01 - 18:04 UTC Restarted IOC on h0epics and burtrestored to 6:10 AM local time.

QUICK SUMMARY: No issues were handed off. Lock is 4.5 hours old.
It looks like the storm brought down part of the new FMCS - possibly communications to the LSB? All other buildings appear to be working fine with both the old and new systems.
The fiber to network converter must have hit a power level threshold and lost the ability to communicate. This has been replaced and we are back on line.
This seems to be what has been causing some troubles with time machine and a2l. This version of scipy does not have the "special" attribute that these scripts use.
