IFO was locked for first two hours of the shift.

   Lost lock at 10:36 (02:36). Letting Guardian work through relocking. Had to tweak ALS X and Y go get the arms to reliably lock. Keep losing lock at various places going up the relocking sequence. If cannot get the IFO to relock, do an Initial Alignment.
