When I arrived: 
    - Giant EQ tripped a lot of platforms, only a few unimportant SUS (IM2, IM3, TMS, OFI).
    - All SUS had been recovered
    - All SEI watchdogs had been recovered.
    - PSL activity complete.

LSC Front-end Crashes, from apparent timing glitch.
Activity in CER was suspect, but all parties grilled and were not actively doing anything near the LSC computer, and in fact were "on their way out / wrapping up." 

Dave logs in remote and restarts the LSC front-end models.

Had to manually intervene to get PRC align to work
     Push ALIGN_IFO to DOWN.
     Tweak PRM alignment, using AS_C or AS_B as metric --> get high during flashes
     Didn't do much to alignment, or rather alignment changes didn't have much effect 

Switched back to PRC_ALIGN_OFFLOADED, and it just worked. LAME.

Adjustments made (for the better) to how automation reacts to the problem, but problem not fixed. 
Needs several adjustment to loops to really make better.
For now, we just got lucky by waiting long enough.
