IM2 and IM3 show signs of dissipating charge after ISI trip
Drift over 3+ hours:
- IM3 pitch = 6.8urad, with a rate of change of 35nrad/minute
- IM2 pitch = 4.7urad, with a rate of change of 25nrad/minute
- IM1 pitch = 0.05urad, with a rate of change of 0.3nrad/minute (not dissipating charge)
