The highest vibration coupling I have found so far is at ISCT1. The figure shows that, when the motion is increased, especially around the broad 12 Hz resonance, we see noise in DARM in the 30 to 100 Hz region that suggests that we may now or soon be limited by this table motion. The first page shows a broad band injection and the second shows 12 and 70 Hz line injections.
