HAM6 in chamber power measurements to calibrate the channel H1:PEM-CS_ADC_5_26_2K_OUT_DQ using Pcal power sensor (TSA). 

Responsivity ratio measurements for (TSA/WSS): 1.07497 +/- 3.46177 [9/22/21] and 1.077964 +/- 3.29879.10^(-4) [10/18/221]
WSS responsivity: 8.189 +/- 0.101 %
Responsivity of the power sensor used (TSA): 8.8152 V/W


I made a plot of the counts recorded by H1:PEM-CS_ADC_5_26_2K_OUT_DQ as a function of the voltage provided by the Martel voltage source. The slope ideally should be 16384 counts/V (Counts_vs_Volts.png)
