Investigating ETMX rubbing issue - results from Top to top transfer function measurements (main and reaction chain)

I took top to top transfer function measurements on ETMX (for both M0 main chain and R0 reaction chain) to further investigate the suspected rubbing issue - as discussed in the alog 63444 and 63422.

Attached below are five different pdf files which shows the results of the transfer function measurements.

The TF results for the main chain is shown here (pdf01) for all six degrees of freedom. I took two different measurements, black represents offsets ON (T and V offsets applied in M0 test filters 63422) and magenta represents offsets were OFF. I have compared these results against the ones taken in the year 2020. Looking at this plot, it doesn't look like there is any rubbing. All the peaks are visible and magnitude also looks good. Maybe if you look closely at P_dof (see page 5) the first peak at around 0.44Hz is slightly suppressed when the offsets are OFF (magenta line). But overall I don't see any abnormality in the main chain. I am also attaching the plot which shows the results for individual OSEMS , pdf02  (file name starting from  22-06-06_1900) is for offsets ON and pdf03 (file name starting from 22-06-06_2100) is for offsets Off.

Next I measured the R0 reaction chain and the results are shown here. Black represents the latest data taken yesterday, orange is from the year 2018 and blue is for the model. If you look at V_dof and R_dof (page 03 and 04) you can definitely say something is going on over there. The magnitude is off and the data is also very noisy (although the peaks are still at proper place). Both V and R corresponds to LF and RT BOSEMs. I am also attaching the plots from individual osems for R0 chain - see page 15 and 16 for V to LFRT and R to LFT osems - they looks very noisy.

If you look at Keita's alog (63444) he has also flagged up LF and RT where he can see offsets in the voltmon.

I am attaching a .pdf file which gives a comparison between 2018 and 2022 data for Reaction chain (R0). The magnitude for R to LFRT , V to LFRT have dropped (and some small drop for T to SD). The data is very noisy and we see some peaks not coinciding or even multiple noisy peaks. Hence certainly there is something going on over there.

Dave has confirmed that ETMX DAQ, ADC and AUTOCAL have been working fine since last reboot - 17 May 2022.

Attachment 1: gives a comparison of 2018 and 2022 data for the ETMX Main chain, specifically focussing on R, V and T dof to individual osem. Not much difference between offset ON/OFF, however slight drop in the magnitude between current data and 2018.

Attachment2: I took a spectra of the top mass damping loop for the main chain (M0). Solid lines represent offsets off and dashed lines shows offsets ON. Below 10Hz it gets more noisy when we switch off the offsets.

Attachment3: Damping loop spectra of the Reaction chain (R0) looks fine (there is no offsets applied in the reaction chain).
