Mapped ETMx Pitch Alignment Offset
While setting the ETMx pitch offset for the TMS alignment, I mapped the ETMx pitch alignment offset using my alignment equipment. Attached is a .txt file of the raw data points. Bottom line is:
- The sign is correct: + offset pitches the ETMx down, - offset pitches the ETMx up
- The offset does not pitch the ETMx 1:1 when measuring the actual pitch with the laser autocollimator
