We made modifications to the HLTS_W_EST and estimator library parts to add DQ channels to monitor the total drive request to the M1 OSEMs with and without the estimator damping. In passing, we made a few changes to the names of channels on the EST block (by modifying ESTIMATOR_PARTS.mdl ) to make them a bit more readable/less redundant. These changes will only affect the H1 SR3/PR3 models only.

The changes were committed to the userapps svn under revision 32426.

Oli mentioned that they will do a model restart to get these changes in on Tuesday, as long as we got the changes in before Monday.

The estimator MEDM screens haven't been updated yet, but I think Brian will get to it on Monday.

This is a summary of the library part changes [see attached.pdf for screenshots of these changes in the library parts]:

SIXOSEM_T_STAGE_MASTER_W_EST.mdl

• Added M1_ADD_P_TOTAL and M1_ADD_Y_TOTAL testpoints (they are located inside the M1_ADD block).
• Changed the name of the Pitch and Yaw estimator blocks from PIT and YAW to EST_P and EST_Y.
   

HLTS_MASTER_W_EST.mdl

• Added two DQ channels to the top level: M1_ADD_P_TOTAL* 512, and M1_ADD_Y_TOTAL* 512
   

ESTIMATOR_PARTS.mdl

• Changed the name for the drive output from DAMP_SIG and DAMP_SIGMON to OUT_DRIVE and OUT_DRIVEMON. The associated DQ channels in the list associated with the estimator library part were changed accordingly.
• Changed the name of the EST block in the library part. We decided to name it FUSION (because it is the block that does sensor fusion, and the name 'blend' could create confusion with the SEI models).
  
  This change was made to avoid having channel names with redundancies such as 'M1_EST_Y_EST_GAP'. We instead have 'M1_EST_Y_FUSION_GAP'. DQ channels were changed accordingly.
   
• Changed the name of the DAMP_EST filter bank to be DAMP_FUSION. The DQ channels were modified accordingly.
• Changed the name of the SWITCH_FADER part to be SWITCH_MON. Accordingly, we also modified all of the subblocks of this fader part to avoid repeating the MON. For example, SWITCH_FADER_RAMP_STATE_MON was changed to  SWITCH_MON_RAMP_STATE.
