After the Initial Alignment, the outlook looked better with H1 making it all the way to DRMI on its own (no PRMI tweaks needed). But it had multiple locklosses before OFFLOAD DRMI ASC.
Did a small alignment tweak via PRMI & this got me a little further and even through a noisy stretch for the PR Gain & POP16 (see attached).
But overall, have not had much luck. The winds have steadily been increasing (steady in the 20s & approaching gusts in 40s). I am marking OBSERVATORY MODE from Locking to WINDY.
OH, and we also had some South Pacific quakes roll in, so I'm in the EARTHQUAKE state as well.
I'm going to wait out the EQ a little and then return to locking in a bit.
And now a 7.3 EQ is inbound within the hour, & Seismon recommends LARGE_EQ state. So this will prevent locking until it passes.
In the meantime, I'm returning to locking DRMI & trying to get past it with the high winds which have remainded steady over 20mph for the last 4-5hrs. (Just had another DRMI lockloss.)

Had a lockloss at 23:32utc (4:32pm PDT). Nothing obvious, but it was windy. Thought I would let H1 relock on its own, but it's been over an hour, and have tried various things, and am now going for an alignment (I've not done an alignment in several weeks!).

There was a 4.1 eq off the coast of California at the end that got a verbal notification, but it wasn't big enough to need a change of modes.

SHIFT SUMMARY: Started shift with high wind and an incoming EQ, rode through it and soon everything was quiet. Observing for 8 hours.
LOG:
07:00 (00:00) Start of shift
07:38 (00:38) Switching to EQ mode for 5.7 from Tonga area
07:57 (00:57) Switching back to windy
11:03 (04:03) GRB (E339648). Trigger duration too long.
15:00 (08:00) End of shift
Quiet shift so far, wind died down after about an hour, seismic activity has been low. Locked and Observing at ~117 Mpc.
Accepted ISI ITMx and ITMy SDF TRAMP diffs. See screenshot for ITMy diffs (ITMx were the same corresponding channels).

SHIFT SUMMARY: Just got back to Observing as Niko's shift starts. Winds are still high 30s with gusts to over 40mph.
LOG: Previous aLogs.
See screenshot for error midway up the log. All I did was reload INIT_ALIGN guardian and it seemed to move on fine. Maybe needs more investigation.
This is a case of too many managers trying to both use ALIGN_IFO. I have commented out the unstall_nodes decorator in ISC_LOCK's inital_alignment state. The INIT_ALIGN node is already unstalling what it needs to, and INIT_ALIGN shouldn't need to be unstalled.
Sorry about that. I added that unstall nodes because we had seen the IMC guardian become stalled during Init align. Does Align IFO manage the IMC and unstall it when it looses lock?
Ah, no it doesn't. I'll change ISC_LOCK to check on that, and I'll triple check the other nodes.
Due to 5.9 EQ in Canada. Lost lock before SEISMON reported the EQ due to proximity. 0.03-0.1 and 0.1-0.3 Hz FOM on the wall is currently off the chart. Nearly all ISIs were tripped before I could transition to EQ mode.
EQ has rang down sufficiently.

Here are some MC_F spectra.
Modal analysis of the reference cavity can be found at the 40m wiki.
Here is the same spectrum with updated calibration. I neglected the 2 poles around 15kHz (Change 3 in E1900103).
The calibration for MC_F is:
In transmission of the IMC the cavity pole at 8.8kHz needs to be added.
