The SE corner has now been swapped back to iLIGO SEI. More to go tomorrow.
Bumping the DIs really don't matter at this time as they aren't logging anything. Still try to not bang into them anymore than needed for their well being.
Found the leak I was looking for; it was lurking SE of HAM4. The Apollo welder was fortunately available and repaired it early afternoon. All the Valves have been opened again and the pressure brought back up to 125psi. Will report tomorrow on how it is doing.
Build custom bridge between work platform and e-module Install central curtains on garbing/staging cleanroom Move cleanroom from HAM aux optics table to BSC2-HAM3 for garbing/staging Work on cleanroom curtains: "doorway" at bridge? Clean chamber and cleanroom X 2 Check cleanroom function Stage garbing/staging cleanrooms Baffle assembly (Clean test stand-solid stack to test stand ~28 Feb-work tables moved in-clean cleanroom and contents prior to assembly start)
FTIRs taken. Permanent BSC flooring installed. Doors returned to chamber. Cleanroom placed over dome late yesterday afternoon. Dome and cleanroom cleaned today. Dome will be cleaned and returned to chamber tomorrow.
We accidentally glitched the Dolphin network in the MSR this morning while investigation a model which is running long. We had to restart almost all the models on Dolphin connected front end computers. The reason for the glitch is known and we can avoid it in the future.
Set of spectra have been taken after the installation and the cabling of PRM in HAM2 chamber.
The allhltss*** plots show a comparison between LLO phase 3a (Oct 2012) LHO phase 2b (Feb 2013) and LHO Phase 3a (Feb 2013) power spectra
The 2013-02-26*** plots show a comparison between damping on and off for M1 M2 and M3 masses.
Everything looks good, nothing to worry about.

Looking at allhltss_2013-02-26_Phase3a_PR3_ALL_Spectra_Doff.pdf a 2.7Hz resonnance -corresponding to one of the main resonnances of M1 Yaw- shows up for M1 L/T/V/R/P (respectively pages 7/8/9/10/11). Probably, one of the earthquake stops is touching or rubbing.
Everything normal with the X-end MTP and QDP80 pumps -> Don't know why they shut down yesterday -> Valved in MTP to X-end and resuming pumping.
Attached are plots of dust counts > .3 microns and > .5 microns in particles per cubic foot requested from 5 PM Feb. 25 to 5 PM Feb 26. Also attached are plots of the modes to show when they were running/acquiring data. The end stations are not plotted because they were rebooted and stored nan in the data. Data was taken from h1nds0. 3060 seconds worth of data was unavailable on this server 1360.0 minutes of trend displayed 'No data output' reported for the mode and status plots.

We upgraded H1 from RCG 2.6.1 to 2.6.2. We took the opportunity to build the H1.ipc file from scratch to clean out unused IPC channels. All models were rebuilt and restarted. In order to install new mbuf drivers we rebooted all front ends as well as restarted their models many times over the course of the day. Errors found in the restart/reboot scripts were fixed. The DAQ was restarted several times in the late afternoon when we upgraded the original h1dc0 to have two gigabit ethernet receiver cards (making it the same as the h1dc1 test system which we installed on Saturday). The new h1dc1 is powered down and acting as a backup concentrator machine.
Alex upgraded h1fw0 and h1nds0 to be the same as the h1fw1 system (upgraded Sat 23 feb). This includes new frame-cpp and framed channel status string.
New code was installed on h1seih23 to conform with the wiring drawings. An adc timing problem was seen, so that system is not running at the moment, we'll take a look tomorrow morning.
IPC problems with h1sustmsy were discovered, the SUS and SEI teams have resolved that issue.
The PSL models would not compile due to recent common parts changes, for the moment we reverted back to older versions of the common parts which are consistent with our H1 models. We'll hand this over to team-PSL to upgrade their system at later time.
We tested "front end restarts not invalidating other front ends data" (fixed by giving each front end its own mx stream end point), and could not reproduced this error.
We tested pressing the "DAQ Reload" button on a variety of front ends and could not reproduce model crashing or front end lock outs which were seen before 2.6.2.
We discovered a left-over EPICS 40 char name limit in or 3.14.10-epics-long state notation compiler, this was extended to 60 chars.
In summary: all front ends are now running 2.6.2, the original h1dc0 data concentrator is running with the extra 10gigabit ethernet port, front ends have their own end-point for mx stream daq data transfer.

John W. requested that I increase the air pressure applied to the top of GV7's piston to ~20 psi so that we could be assured that the "Soft-closed" GV7 gate was in full contact with its O-rings. If not in full contact, IP6 might be pumping hydrogen from the X-arm which would confuse the pressure comparison between the two BTs. -> As found, the piston close pressure was ~5 psi -> I increased this to 20 psi -> GV7's gate cammed fully closed a few minutes later
GV7 is now "Hard-closed"
I restarted and burtrestored the IOCs for the dust monitors and weather stations at both end stations to recover from a loss of connection.
The turbo pump system at X-end shut down for no obvious reason around midday(?) today -> I used this "down time" do some routine maintenance on the QDP80 backing pump (grease rotor bearings, change gear oil - 400cc Krytox - and top off heat exchanger coolant but these all looked normal) -> Restarted QDP80 and MTP -> I'll leave these running but valved out from the X-end VE for overnight Operators Note: X-end under vacuum but unpumped overnight, i.e., X-end pressure will be increasing and PT510B value may change from "green" to "yellow" if left this way indefinitely - no action is required.
Got the first Corner(NE) HEPI Housing down from BSC8. The iLIGO CAS Support Stack is part way in and will continue tomorrow.
Vacuum-wipe down-vacuum complete. Inspection underway: it should be completed by the end of shift. FTIRs and installation of permanent BSC flooring tomorrow. Logistical problems trying to get a cleanroom from the cleaning area into the VEA to cover the dome. Randy is taking a look at the situation. We started hauling ICC/staging gear back to the corner.
Mark B. and Arnaud P. Yesterday and today we made a bunch of minor model changes: We added PCIE outputs H1:SUS-MC1_2_ISI_OFFLOAD_{X/Y/RZ/Z/RX/RY} to MC1, and similarly for MC2, MC3, PR3 (PR2 and PRM already had them). We reconnected the watchdogs on PRM and PR3, now that they're in the chamber on the ISI. We deleted "_2_SUS" from the names of PCIE inputs H1:ISI-ETMY_2_SUS_GS13_{X/Y/RZ/Z/RX/RY} in the TMSY model to bring them into line with what the ISI was sending. (The ETMy and ITMy models were changed to this convention earlier.) Similarly we also deleted "_ISI2SUS" from EPICS outputs (H1:SUS-)TMSY_ISI2SUS_GS13_{X/Y/RZ/Z/RX/RY} . All of these mods were committed to the userapps SVN and were compiled and installed under rtcds 2.6.2 as part of today's upgrade. We noted that h1susauxb123.mdl exists in the SVN but is not under version control and resolved to find out its status and get it working and/or commit it.

Attached are plots of phase 2b power spectra for the beamsplitter installed in the test stand.
allbsfms_2013-02-25_H1_BS_Phase2b_ALL_Spectra_{Doff/Don}.pdf file shows comparison between LLO BS (Phase 3a Oct 2012) and LHO BSTST(Phase 2b Feb 2013).
2013-02-25_1000_H1SUSBSTST_M{1/2}_ALL_Spectra.pdf show comparison between damping on and damping off.
**Resonnances from LHO are consistent with those from LLO.
**Damping is doing his job correctly
The plots all look good, nothing to notice in particular.
Transfer functions will be running overnight to finalize Phase 2b.
PS: The script *plotallbsfm_spectra.m* has been modified, after noticing a small mistake. The pdf files comparing data from different sites were created under the name allhstss_ instead of allbsfms_.
