I have removed a double-counting error found in the final total uncertainty budget.  All of the original fits for each component remain the same, but the final budget is reduced for each actuation stage and the sensing function by a little under a factor of sqrt(2).

I have posted the new results below for C01, C02, and C03.  You can run the updated code at the calibration SVN:
